Ridgewood Manor, a Skilled Nursing Facility in Maumee, Ohio is actively seeking a Central Supply/Medical Records Aide to join our family oriented long term care facility. Interested candidate must demonstrate ability to adjust to changes in shift assignments to meet facility and department needs. This individual must be able to:

• Work 20 hours as STNA weekly, 20 hours Central Supply/Medical Records to include;
• Fill requisitions from nursing departments for a variety of medical and other supplies;
• Receive shipment from trucks at shipping and receiving platform; check items against purchase orders and stock orders accordingly.
• Address employee satisfaction issues immediately and assist in resolving matters in a professional manner.
• Stock supplies on nursing units.
• Set up residents' medical records; collect information from nursing staff, physicians, and other resources and update records, thin charts and close charts when needed.
• Monitor and audit records for completeness and accuracy, and thin charts in accordance with facility policy and regulations in addition to provide information to the Business Office.
