Currently we are looking for a People Development Coordinator to help us create excellent teams for our residents. A People Development Coordinator will have experience working with people and the ability to enhance culture within the facility.
Responsibilities:
- Review applications, screen, and interview candidates.
- Manage social media on a routine basis.
- Manage and organize personnel files.
- Complete new hire paperwork and schedule and complete orientations.
- Other duties as assigned.
Physical Requirements:
- Pass a physical exam.
- Be able to sit at a computer for up to four (4) hours at a time.
