Rigden Farm Senior Living is Hiring a Maintenance Tech Near Fort Collins, CO
Job DescriptionThe hourly pay rate for this position is starting at $18.00-20.00 per hour. The schedule is Full Time Tuesday to Saturday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm.
The Maintenance Tech is responsible for organizing and executing the general operating maintenance and repair of the community and physical plant.
In this position, your main responsibilities will include:
- Electrical/Mechanical: Must be capable of following direction to make electrical repairs.
- Plumbing: Must be capable of following direction to make plumbing repairs.
- HVAC: Must be capable of following direction to make HVAC repairs.
- Structural: Must be capable of following direction to make structural repairs.
To be successful in this position, we believe that you need the following experiences, strengths, and skills:
- Valid driver’s license with a clean motor vehicle record
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum of 1 year in a property maintenance position
