Lincoln Contracting & Equipment is seeking structural and mechanical designers and drafters. These roles create structural or mechanical CAD models for material handling and structural steel building industries using Tekla Structures and AutoDesk Inventor. From these models, the designer creates details, foundation, assembly, general arrangement, and erection drawings.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities Include The Following

• Develop CAD models using Tekla Structures and Inventor.
• Utilize knowledge of shop fabrication processes to influence the design process. This knowledge can be gained through on-the-job experience.
• Opportunities to travel to job sites to do field measuring are possible. Safety training will be provided.

Education And Experience

• Experience in AutoCAD, Inventor, or Tekla software is preferred.
• An associate degree from a two-year college, university, or equivalent experience is preferred.

Other

• Must be available to work overtime as required.
