Job Summary :

Right at Home- Charleston, SC is seeking a dedicated and experienced CNA or Care Giver to join our team in Johns Island / Kiawah area.

The role is a full-time, hourly position in the healthcare / medical field within the franchise industry.

As a member of our team, you will provide exceptional in-home care to our clients by assisting with daily activities and promoting their independence and quality of life.

Compensation & Benefits :

The compensation for this position is $20 to $25 per hour.

Responsibilities :

• Provide compassionate and high-quality care to clients in their homes
• Assist with daily activities such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting
• Administer medications according to client's care plan
• Monitor and report any changes in client's health status
• Provide companionship and engage in conversation and activities
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients
• Communicate effectively with clients, their families, and other healthcare professionals
• Follow all company policies and procedures to ensure the safety and well-being of clients

Requirements :

• Must be a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or have a proven track record as a Care Giver
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation , and auto insurance
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate and caring demeanor
• Ability to work independently and follow care plans
• Availability to work full-time hours, including weekends and holidays if needed
• Able to use Well-sky app
