We are looking for a kindhearted , c ompassionate caregivers , who can be versatile to any client no matter the need(s) ! We are looking for a care manager, who can work in a community for 20 / - hours per week, assisting clients on a block scheduled 8am-12pm (with the opportunity for growth) .

Job Duties for Home Health Aides, Caregivers, and DSPs :

• ADLs and IADLs for instance : personal hyenine , meal prep, medication reminders etc.
• Transport and accompany individuals to appointments, outings, and shopping

Job Requirements for this Care Manager Position :

• At Least 1 Year of Experience as an Aide / DSP with direct supervision of a Nurse, OR Completion of CNA, STNA, or MA program
• Outgoing and Bubbly Personality with the ability to work with different types of clients (independent, dementia care etc.)
• Willing to drive up to 30 minutes for a client in need (will always try and keep you close to home!)
• Must have reliable transportation (preference is valid DL, car insurance and own vehicle)
