Job Description: Right at Home is currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to fill the role of Overnight In-Home Care Professional in Grand Island, Nebraska. As an Overnight Care Professional, you will be responsible for providing attentive and supportive care to our clients during the night hours, ensuring their safety, comfort, and well-being.

Responsibilities:

• Provide overnight assistance with activities of daily living, including toileting, grooming, and dressing, as needed.
• Monitor and assist clients with nighttime routines, such as medication reminders and personal hygiene.
• Remain alert and attentive to any changes in client condition or needs throughout the night.
• Ensure a safe and secure environment for clients during overnight hours.
• Offer companionship and emotional support to clients who may experience anxiety or difficulty sleeping.
• Perform light housekeeping tasks, such as tidying up living spaces and maintaining a clean and organized environment.
• Document care provided and communicate any observations or concerns to the supervisor.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in caregiving or a related field preferred.
• CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant) certification is a plus.
• Compassionate and patient demeanor with a genuine desire to help others.
• Ability to remain alert and attentive during overnight shifts.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
