Job Description : We are seeking a caring and dependable In-Home Caregiver to join our team in North Platte, NE. As an In-Home Caregiver, you will provide essential care and support to our clients, helping them maintain their independence and improve their quality of life.

Responsibilities :

• Assisting with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Providing companionship and emotional support
• Preparing meals and assisting with feeding
• Light housekeeping duties, including laundry and cleaning
• Medication reminders and assistance with managing prescriptions
• Accompanying clients to appointments and social activities
• Observing and reporting changes in the client's condition to the supervisor
• Following care plans and documenting care provided

Qualifications :

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in caregiving or a related field is preferred but not required
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate, patient, and empathetic nature
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
