Responsibilities :

• Assist clients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Monitor and report changes in patient health, behavior, and needs.
• Comply with all safety guidelines and regulations.
• Support clients with light housekeeping duties and meal preparation.
• Provide companionship and maintain a positive, nurturing environment for our clients.

Qualifications :

• Current CNA certification valid in the state of Nebraska.
• Previous experience in home care, long-term care facilities, or related fields is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel within the community.
• A compassionate, client-focused approach and a strong desire to improve the quality of life for the elderly and disabled.
