We have a perfect position for you! We are offering a hybrid position which you will continue to provide caregiving services but also will be extensively trained in office duties in a full time position.

What we are looking for :

We are looking for a experienced caregiver to provide exceptional service for our clients while also having previous experience or a eagerness to learn office tasks.

Compensation / Benefits :

$18-22 to start depending on experience with tremendous opportunity for growth

Pay will vary depending on previous experience

On-going paid training and development through the Right at Home system

What you will do :

Duties will be split between providing in home caregiving services for our clients while receiving training in answering phones, scheduling clients / caregivers, and basic customer service needs.

As we grow, we hope to foster your growth as well, assisting with the progression of our services and expansion of our team.

Some of the needed skills :

1 year previous experience providng in home caregiving services

• Basic knowledge with use of computers (Previous experience a plus)
• Receive training in how to e ffectively manage phone calls (Previous experience with phone call management a plus)

Bilingual (Spanish a plus but not required)

Previous office task experience overall a plus

Have eagerness and desire to be challenged and learn new tasks

Be open / available as needed to be on call after normal business hours and weekends

Ability to effectively communicate on the telephone including taking new client intakes

Requirements :

Must be 18 years of age

Must have the ability to pass a full employment background check
