About Us: We are a locally owned home care business that has an extraordinary culture. We are looking for great talent who can work in a fast-paced environment and who have exceptional skills in team building, leadership and budget management.
Job Duties: Entry Level
Serve as first point of contact for all calls and visitors. Direct them to the appropriate person in a professional and positive manner.
Inside sales: Inform new prospects of services offered and pricing.
Follow up on sales leads that come from various referral sources.
Review client files and employee files.
Assist with Meet & Greets in the field with new clients and caregivers
Run weekly and monthly reports.
Manage office needs and operation: Filing, managing office supplies (printers, paper, cleaning supplies, water cooler, dumpster pickups etc.)
Set up pre-made sales folders for each business segment.
Support HR by helping on follow up compliance items and assist with retention efforts
Support HR and Dir of Operations or Owner as needed
Monthly visits/presentations to CNA schools for recruitment.
Requirements:
Able to work In office at the hours of weekdays 8:30am-4:30pm
Reliable, independent transportation
Active drivers license
Ability to work in the U.S
Able to pass Background/ fingerprints check
