Right Choice Resources is Hiring a Product Manager Near Melrose, IL

Our client is looking to hire a Product Manager in Melrose Park.

The base salary is $100,000-$120,000 5-10% bonus.

The Product Manager plays a crucial role in ensuring the quality and compliance of our products

throughout the product lifecycle. '

By gathering and organizing product specifications, assets, packaging, and other related details, the Product Manager ensures that all product information is accurate, up-to-date, and accessible to relevant stakeholders.

Additionally, this role collaborates closely with cross-functional teams to coordinate compliance efforts and quality assurance processes, thereby contributing to our product offerings' overall success and integrity.

The Product Manager is responsible for preparing marketing materials, presentations, and customer-facing documentation and for ensuring alignment with product specifications and messaging.

Product Information Management:

  • Maintain a centralized repository for product details including pricing, specifications, images, descriptions, and technical documents.
  • Assist in the upkeep of data and assets on customer portals.
  • Communicate any updates or changes in product specifications to relevant teams.

Packaging Development and Design:

  • Collaborate with packaging designers, customers, and suppliers to create and approve packaging materials.
  • Ensure that packaging meets industry standards and regulatory requirements.

Compliance, Standards, and Quality Assurance:

  • Work closely with customer compliance teams to ensure products comply with specific customer requirements and regulations.
  • Oversee lab testing and certification of new products to guarantee quality and regulatory standards.
  • Analyze customer product inspections and lab testing failures to suggest improvements.
  • Examine claims of defective and damaged goods to identify improvement areas.

Documentation, Marketing, and Product Launch Support:

  • Assist in preparing product documentation and marketing materials for customers.
  • Support the product launch process by ensuring materials are prepared and distributed on schedule.

Sales Trend and Pricing Analysis:

  • Help analyze sales trends to identify opportunities and guide product development and marketing strategies.
  • Assist in pricing analysis to formulate pricing strategies and decisions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Proven experience in product management or a related field.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using product management software and tools.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
