Right Column Financial is a growing bookkeeping firm located in Dacula, GA and we are seeking a bookkeeper who has excellent skills in QuickBooks Online and is able to handle the following for multiple bookkeeping clients on a weekly basis:

• Transaction entry/download into QuickBooks from banks & credit cards
• Reconciliation of accounts
• Maintain Fixed Asset Accounts
• Maintain Liability Accounts with details on each loan or credit line
• Posting payroll journal entries
• Posting of Expenses based on documents submitted by client
• Sending invoices to Client’s customers as needed
• Accounts Receivable management
• Accounts Payable management
• End of Month Close process
• End of Year Close process
• Perform timely corrections/updates to the client’s books

Skills Required:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills
• Ability to follow instructions and processes

• 3-5 years of experience in bookkeeping
• Advanced knowledge of QuickBooks Online (QuickBooks Online ProAdvisor certification is preferred)
• Good knowledge of Excel and Excel formulas
• Ability to read and understand a Balance Sheet
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
• Ability to work well on a team and individually

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
