Job DescriptionCertified Medical Assistant (24-Week Contract)Location: Local candidates only (within 75 miles), All time off required at time of submission.

Schedule:
- Variable schedule: Monday-Friday and Minor Holidays 7:30-4:00 or 11:45-8:15 rotating weekly / Sat, Sun & Major Holidays 8:45-5:15, 30-minute lunch.
Requirements Upon Submission:
- 2 years' experience of EKG, point-click-care testing, rooming patients/ taking vitals.
- Completion of an accredited Medical Assistant Program [CAAHEP or ABHES] and current registration as a Certified Medical Assistant [CMA] by AAMA or an equivalent certifying body.
- Blood draw experience preferred, but not required.
- EMR: EPIC.
- BLS required.
- During Personnel’s assignment with Client, he or she is considered part of the unit and will be included as part of the rotation pool of staff who are required to work additional hours on an as-needed basis to ensure coverage for the unit.
- Client may float or reassign Personnel to a different department, unit, or facility (within 30 miles of the Personnel’s originally assigned facility) within the Personnel’s clinical competence.
- Covid Vaccine- Medical and religious declinations are allowed.
- Flu Vaccine- Medical and religious declinations are allowed.
