Job DescriptionCommunication & Engagement Specialist Summary of the Role: As a Communication & Engagement Specialist, you will report directly to the Director of Engagement, focusing on supporting the Senior Business Development personnel with their communication both internally and externally. Your primary goal is to nurture and activate our current network of existing customers and persons of interests (POIs), while expanding it to create new business opportunities and lead flow.

Key Responsibilities:
- Weekly Strategy Meetings: Conduct 1:1 meetings with the assigned Sr. BD to brainstorm and strategize engagement ideas for their network of customers and POIs
- Social Media Management: Oversee social media channels to enhance their online presence and engagement.
- Advertising Campaigns: Develop and execute innovative print and digital advertising campaigns.
- Presentation Creation: Design and prepare compelling pitch presentations.
- Newsletter Production: Create and distribute monthly and quarterly newsletters through MailChimp to their network.
- eBlast Campaigns: Send out eBlasts to their network, reviewing analytics and scheduling follow-up activities.
- Event Coordination: Plan, organize, and manage events to engage with customers and POIs, ensuring all logistical details are handled. Collaborate with vendors, manage event budgets, and oversee the execution to ensure successful outcomes. Provide post-event analysis and feedback for continuous improvement.
- Strong writing and communication skills
- Proficiency in graphic design
- Expertise in Microsoft PowerPoint, WordPress / HTML, ChatGPT, CRM
- Event coordination experience
- Detail-oriented
- Agile and able to move quickly
- Creative and innovative thinker
