Position Overview:

The Cash Associate position encompasses numerous functions in the Cash and Banking Operations area. However, this position will specifically be supporting payment reallocations. This consists of keying transactions in our system of record for account balancing. There may be some opportunity to assist the Cash team with payment posting and depositing as well as key returned payments and key adjustments and filing exceptions to owner’s accounts. 

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent 
• 1-2 years Cash or Banking experience 
• Unless there is a legal requirement, experience will be accepted for the education requirement. 

 Knowledge and Skills:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
• Detailed, accurate and thorough 
• Ability to adapt to changes and a demanding work environment 
• Must possess time management and organizational skills 
• Responsive to internal customer requests 
• Meet or exceed deadlines 
• Technical Skills:
• Intermediate skills in Excel preferred 
• Basic computer skills required in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
