Associate Attorney – Employment LitigationOur client, a national law firm with 35 offices and more than 500 attorneys, is currently seeking an Associate Attorney – Employment Litigation in Orlando, Florida. The ideal candidate should have an interest in growing a practice under the direction of senior counsel.
Requirements:

Requirements:
- 4-7 years of employment litigation experience
- Experience handling litigation matters from start to finish, including responding to pleadings, managing discovery, taking depositions, arguing motions, and participating in mediations.
- Experience counseling clients on employment laws, drafting and revising handbooks, and training materials.
- Admitted to practice law in the State of Florida
