Board Certified Behavior AnalystResponsibilities
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and run ABA programs
- Provide field supervision to behavior technicians
- Write performance evaluations for behavior technicians
- Complete progress reports and treatment plans to meet the requirements and submission timelines of regulatory agencies and funding sources
- Master’s degree in Psychology, Child Development, Special Education, Applied Behavioral Analysis, or related program
- Active BCBA Certification; active LBA Certification
- 3 years of experience working in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis
- 1 years of experience utilizing software solutions for data collection, programming, and report writing
- Must pass a criminal background check, TB test, pre-employment Physical Exam, and have or receive immunities to MMR/VZV
- Work Environment: In Home Patient Care
- Tele-health: No - In Person Only
- Flexible Schedule: Monday – Friday, some evenings (until 8:30pm), no Saturdays
- Competitive Compensation: $85,000-95,000 annual salary plus $$5,000 Sign On Bonus
- Monthly & quarterly productivity bonuses (totaling up to $10,000 per year)
