- Perform preventive maintenance on plant equipment to keep in good running order.
- Troubleshoot problems, recommend, and perform mechanical repairs to minimize downtime. Work with Operations to contribute to a Continuous Improvement environment
- Operate and maintain equipment to deliver on our safety, quality, cost, delivery, sustainability and morale targets.
- Execute all standard work processes on your equipment using AM (autonomous maintenance) and PM (progressive maintenance) standards and ensure that safety processes are observed, and that quality assurance activities are performed.
- High School Diploma or general education degree (GED)
- At least 2 years manufacturing experience as a Maintenance Mechanic
- Ability to work any shift, weekends, and holidays as required
- Able to learn and apply Continuous Improvement tools (IL6S)
- MUST HAVE Maintenance Mechanic Experience in a manufacturing plant environment
- Competitive Compensation: Union Rate: $36.01 per hour( potential to make $85.000 to $100.000 )

- 13 paid Holidays per year.
- Tenured pay increases and hourly wage increase during the first 12 months of employment
- Shift Differential: 2nd Shift Differential $0.75/hr; 3rd Shift Differential $1.50/hr
