- Using your tax accounting skills and passion for working with numbers you will be accountable for:Tax compliance, research, and audits for federal and state income/franchise tax
- Partnership tax experience highly desired
- Tax accounting and forecasting, including preparation and documentation of quarterly and annual income tax provisions, related financial statement disclosures, and SOX controls
- Tax planning to project and minimize the company's future tax liabilities
- Maintenance of Section 382 evaluation
- Overseeing sales and use tax compliance, research, and audits
- Overseeing property tax and business license compliance as well as unclaimed property compliance
- Providing advice and guidance as needed on payroll tax and other miscellaneous tax issues
- We're looking for someone with:A Bachelor's degree in Accounting; MST preferred; CPA required
- 10-12 years in corporate tax with a publicly traded company or a mix of public accounting and corporate tax experience
- Experience with ASC 740 and FIN 48
- Experience with corporate income tax return preparation at Federal and State levels
- Experience with sales and use tax audits (preferred)
- Excellent working knowledge of MS Office, especially Word and Excel
