Responsibilities
- Perform research and draft memoranda on corporate tax issues
- Review high level federal and state corporate and partnership returns
- Prepare and review ASC 740
- Train, mentor, supervise, and evaluate tax and support staff
- Develop current client relationships and network to build new client relationships
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related discipline
- CPA required
- 5 years of related experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Ability to manage and supervise large engagements
- Competitive Compensation: $110,000 - $130,000 annual salary (negotiable depending on experience)
- Bonus: Discretionary - based on company and individual performance
- Additional: Merit Increases
- Work Environment: Hybrid (1-2 days per week remote/work from home)
