This is a full-time on-site role for a Financial Controller at Riley Gear Corporation located in St. Augustine, FL. The Financial Controller will be responsible for day-to-day financial management, including the preparation and analysis of financial statements, financial reporting, and budgeting. The role also involves conducting financial analysis and providing recommendations to optimize financial performance and efficiency. Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge and experience in finance, accounting, and financial reporting
• Ability to create and analyze financial statements
• Proficient in financial analysis and budgeting
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Relevant professional certifications (e.g., CPA, CMA) are a plus
• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field
• Previous experience in the manufacturing industry is beneficial
