Currently, we're looking for an In-Home Sales Professional to join our team!

Position Summary: To meet with customers in their homes and educate them on the various options and designs of new or replacement HVAC and plumbing equipment. You will professionally advise homeowners in determining the correct plumbing, heating, and cooling systems that offer the best solution to fit their needs. This position requires a consultative sales approach and a desire to help the customer fix their home comfort problems.

Work Hours: 40 hours a week, flexible schedule, which may include evening and Saturday appointments.

Pay: Base salary commission on the sale. Targeted yearly compensation $150,000

Required Qualifications:

  • Ability to pass background and drug screens
  • Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
  • Ability to work evenings and Saturdays
  • 2 years of sales experience
  • In-home sales experience is a plus
  • Proficient in PC-based computer systems and software, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Time and activity management skills
  • Professional appearance
  • Ability to climb ladders and lift up to 50 lbs.
