Riley Security is seeking Unarmed Security Officers to become an integral part of our team. We are looking for a full-time Unarmed officer, and personnel available for on call. The selected individuals may patrol and secure assigned premises, identify risks to staff and patrons, and escort clients.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor premises to prevent theft, violence, or infractions of rules
• Thoroughly examine doors, windows, and gates to ensure proper function and security
• Check bags while employees enter and exit facility
• Warn violators of premise rules and regulations
• Apprehend or expel persons engaging in suspicious or criminal acts
• Report any facility issues such as fire hazards and leaking water pipes
• Request emergency personnel for high risk situations
• Perform security escorts of clients
• Any other duties as assigned

​Qualifications:

• Previous experience in security, law enforcement, or other related fields is preferred but not required
• Familiarity with security equipment preferred but not required
• Ability to handle physical workload
• Strong attention to detail
• All applicants must have a high school diploma or equivalent
• Unarmed personnel must be at least 18 years of age
• Riley Security participates in Federal E-Verify

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
