Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate department or individual
- Provide accurate information to callers and visitors regarding company services and policies
- Perform clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and faxing
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Assist with order entry and data entry tasks
- Support office management by coordinating meetings, scheduling appointments, and making travel arrangements
- Provide personal assistant support to executives as needed
- Provide excellent customer support to clients and visitors
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a front desk receptionist or in a similar role preferred
- Knowledge of medical office procedures is a plus
- Strong phone etiquette and communication skills
- Proficient in basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Familiarity with QuickBooks or other accounting software is a plus
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all work performed
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
