You'll dive into proposal prep, estimate costs, set schedules, and keep everything on track. You'll review contracts, ensure compliance, and lead your team to deliver top-quality work. Required Skills
- A solid understanding of machining, welding, millwright, and mechanic trades.
- 7 years of experience in manufacturing processes, especially in mining, power generation, oil and gas, gearbox, or hydro industries.
- A degree in engineering, manufacturing engineering, or business Or Work Experience.
- Computer skills and experience with job estimating, routers, purchasing, shipping, and receiving.
- Knowledge of geometric tolerance standards and the ability to read technical drawings and blueprints.
- Strong organizational skills, effective communication, and a skill for negotiation.
- A passion for excellence and the ability to manage time like a pro.
