Rimtec Corporation is Hiring a Line Coordinator Near Burlington, NJ

Job DescriptionThe Line Coordinator: Has direct responsibility for control and proper operation of the FCM Mixer, Banbury, Kneading Mill, Pelletizing and Packaging Processes. In-direct control over the total production operation for the shift, as specified through the line work instructions, including quality inspection of raw materials and finished product.Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • Two years’ experience in manufacturing preferred. Having compound experience, a plus.
  • Ability to follow instructions with aptitude in working with mathematical numbers.
  • Ability to work independently and make decisions on all in-process quality inspections of product
  • Must be detailed oriented and organized
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 applications
  • Ability to understand mechanics of machinery and use of scales
  • Excellent critical thinking skills
  • Excellent interpersonal communication (verbal and written) skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with all levels in the plant.
  • Must be able to promote and encourage teamwork.
