The Shipping Clerk will be responsible for managing incoming/outgoing shipments, ensuring that products are accurately packed, labeled, and shipped in a timely manner. This role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently, and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare Shipments: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare products for shipment according to customer orders and company standards.
• Label and Document: Create and affix appropriate shipping labels, ensuring all documentation is accurate and complete.
• Inspect Shipments: Verify that all items are correctly packed, free of damage, and match the order specifications.
• Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records.
• Data Entry: Input shipping information into the company’s database and maintain up-to-date records of all shipments.
• Coordinate with Carriers: Schedule pickups and communicate with shipping carriers to ensure timely and cost-effective deliveries.
• Driving: Safely operate company vehicles to deliver shipments to customers and pick up supplies or products as needed.
• Problem-Solving: Address and resolve any issues related to shipping delays, damaged goods, or other logistical challenges.
• Compliance: Ensure all shipping activities comply with company policies and industry regulations.
• Safety and Cleanliness: Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety standards and protocols.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
