Responsibilities:
· Bookkeeping: Maintain accurate financial records using accounting software.
· Administrative Support: Assist with tasks like answering phones and scheduling appointments.
· Data Entry: Input information into databases with precision.
· Organizational Support: Help keep the office organized and manage inventory.
· Communication: Interact effectively with clients, vendors, and team members.
· Drafting Proposals and Purchase Orders: Collaborate on project proposals and manage purchase orders.
· Payroll Submission: Input employee hours and ensure timely payroll processing.
· Sample and Paperwork Management: Update and file samples and paperwork to support design projects.
Requirements:
· Detail-oriented: Ability to maintain accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks.
· Excellent communication skills.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and QuickBooks.
· Passion for design and comfortable working in a creative environment.
