Ring Power Cat is Hiring a Driver Compliance Coordinator Near St Augustine, FL

Primary Job Role
Works with HR Liaisons, managers and company employees as needed to maintain compliance with DOT regulations and Ring Power policies relating to driving company vehicles
Maintains awareness of expiring documents relative to DOT and company policy through use of internal and external database and resources. Takes action to avoid gaps in compliance.
Establish and maintain relationships with necessary outside resources to maintain an awareness of changes in DOT regulations and/or upcoming legislation that will impact Ring Power drivers and compliance personnel.
Maintains driver administrative files in accordance with DOT regulations and Ring Power policy requirements. Administers MVR checks as required to comply with DOT regulations and company policy. Scans documents relative to position.
Communicate applicable DOT regulation and Ring Power policy requirements to managers as needed to ensure clear understanding and compliance with requirements.
Adheres to Ring Power's "Safety Above All" standards.
Performs other duties as assigned.
