Ring Power Cat is Hiring an Oil Lab Interpreter - Heavy Equipment Near Riverview, FL

Primary Job RoleMonitors samples to ensure that all samples are given the applicable test procedures.
Monitors lab operations to ensure that all samples are correctly identified and that test results are accurate.
Prepares sample report with evaluation of results and recommendations that adds value to the analysis.
Understands the value and limitations of wear tables and utilizes trend analysis.
Understands problems that are specific to certain compartments and apply alert levels to SOS reports.
Provides expert council to internal/external staff, customers and suppliers on Fluid Analysis to include fuel, coolant, grease and oil.
Conducts all assigned work in a safe manner, adhering to all applicable safer, environmental and contamination control policies, procedures and regulations. Wears proper personal protective equipment (PPE).
Performs other duties as assigned.

Education And ExperienceFormal Education High School diploma or GED

Required / CredentialsAble to easily and effectively comprehend written material and communicate orally and in writing with employees and customers.
Caterpillar Interpreter Accreditation.
Not Required But Highly Desired CriteriaBachelor's Degree from a four year college or university in either Biology or Biochemistry.
Hands on experience with SOS Manager software application.
