Ring Power Cat is Hiring a Security Supervisor Near St Augustine, FL
Primary Job RoleRespond to emergencies and security incidents, providing leadership and direction to ensure a timely and effective response.
Generate reports on security incidents, provide analysis and recommendations for improvement.
Assist Senior Security and Telecommunications Manager to develop, implement and enforce security plans, policies, standards, and procedures that comply with the organization's objectives, regulations, and best practices.
Coordinate with IT staff and external vendors to ensure optimal functionality and reliability of security systems, cameras and tools. Monitor and evaluate performance and effectiveness regularly. Troubleshoot and resolve any technical problems that arise.
Conduct regular security assessments and audits to identify potential risks and implement preventative measures.
Establish and maintain positive and productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders, such as senior management, law enforcement, regulators, employees, and business partners.
Participate in security training and awareness programs. and stay updated on the latest security trends, technologies, and best practices, and implement them as appropriate.
Manages and maintains corporate security system access rights.
Performs other duties as assigned.

Education And ExperienceFormal Education Associate Degree or certification equivalent in a related field of study
