About the Role:

As the Director, Technology Staffing Sales, you will:

• Develop Recruitment Strategies: Create and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top IT talent.
• Candidate Sourcing and Screening: Source and screen resumes, conduct phone screens and interviews, and present top candidates to hiring managers.
• Build a Strong Candidate Pipeline: Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, referrals, and networking events to maintain a robust candidate pipeline.
• Manage the Recruitment Process: Oversee the entire recruitment process, from pursuing job leads to offer acceptance.
• Collaborate with Hiring Managers: Work closely with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and ensure a smooth recruitment process.
• Mentor Junior Recruiters: Train and mentor junior recruiters on the team to enhance their skills and performance.
