We are looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to work for our client. The ideal candidate aligns with the responsibilities and qualifications outlined below.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in Company forecasting and maintenance of the financial model
- Prepare monthly financial and operational forecasts including variance analyses
- Interpret financial performance results and translate them into operational improvements
- Deliver accurate, meaningful, and efficient financial forecasts and management reporting to help our partners deliver on their financial objectives
- Proactively identify weaknesses &/or areas of improvement in terms of Financial processes
- Support company’s long-term modeling efforts required for the strategic plan
- Ad-hoc projects as assigned
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance
- 3 years of finance experience
- Public accounting experience
- Highly motivated individual with an ability to drive results and work with ambiguity
- Strong financial analysis skills including financial modeling, reporting, and problem-solving.
- Self-starter with intellectual curiosity, initiative, and strong work ethics are essential
