Job DescriptionWe are looking for aSenior Internal Audit Managerto work for our client. The ideal candidate will align with the responsibilities and qualifications outlined below.

Responsibilities:
- Understand the company's vision, mission, and strategy; align business unit objectives and set/accomplish individual performance goals accordingly.
- Support continuous improvement activities related to overall internal audit approaches, tools, methodologies, and productivity.
- Support SOX and advisory projects, ensuring compliance and effectiveness.
- Design procedures to evaluate the efficacy of new strategic business initiatives and programs.
- Facilitate the evaluation of key business processes, risks, and controls.
- Maintain and manage communication with the external audit team, including alignment of scope, timing, and observations.
- Lead high-priority special projects to advance the use of digitization in the audit process and support other strategic objectives of the audit department.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
- 6 years of internal audit or public accounting experience.
- Ability to independently operate in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects.
- Problem-solving skills that demonstrate critical and logical thinking to reach solutions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
