Responsibilities:
- Manage global income tax return preparation, including timelines, reviews, work papers, payments, and planning with internal and external resources
- Oversee US domestic tax matters for federal, state, and local jurisdictions. This includes responsibility for timely and accurate income and franchise tax, sales and use tax, and property tax returns prepared by external firms
- Review tax returns, tax research, tax communications, and other requested deliverables
- Supervise Senior/Staff/Associate Accountants in preparing monthly/quarterly/annual closings
- Tax research related to more complex tax situations and/or changes in tax law
- Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance
- 7 years of tax experience with strong management experience
- Experience with and knowledge of IFRS, ASC740, and provisioning
- Advanced technical proficiency in tax accounting
- Demonstrated problem-solving, leadership ability, and management experience
- Strong knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles
