Job DescriptionWe are seeking a Senior Business Analyst, Digital Product, to join our client's dynamic team. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in web applications, mobile applications, and integrations, aligning with the responsibilities and qualifications outlined below.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives and translate them into detailed requirements for digital products, including web applications, mobile applications, and integrations.
- Conduct thorough analysis of user needs, market trends, and competitive landscapes to inform product strategy and feature prioritization.
- Develop user stories, use cases, and functional specifications that guide development teams in building intuitive and effective digital solutions.
- Facilitate communication between cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and project managers, to ensure alignment and successful project delivery.
- Perform quality assurance testing and validation of digital products to ensure they meet functional requirements and user expectations.
- Monitor product performance post-launch, analyze data, and propose enhancements to optimize user experience and achieve business goals.
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies related to digital product development and integration.
- 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on digital product management and development.
- Proven experience with web applications, mobile applications, and integrations is preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and trends to make strategic recommendations.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality results within deadlines.
- Proficiency in Agile methodologies and project management tools.
- Experience with UX/UI design principles and usability testing is a plus.
