Must be located in Buffalo, NY. This would qualify for hybrid 3 days in office 2 days work from home. Hybrid starts after they work for us for 30 days.
Reason it needs to be here is our plant is across the street and there is much interfacing with the milk receiving team and milk haulers
We’re comfortable with a re-lo package if need be. Between $5k - $10k depending on where they would relocate from.
Preferred US due to long VISA times and need to be familiar with US farms
We would with 50 producers (some co-ops and some Lactalis Direct suppliers for milk)
Our max would be in the high 90k range to $100k. 15% bonus
Ideally we’re looking for someone with high potential also for succession planning. Our Director has maybe 5 years left til’ retirement.
Perfect candidate will have a Bachelors in Animal Science or Agriculture experience from a Farm. Procurement is a huge plus. Dairy experience a bigger plus.
If they don’t have the above, the prospect minimally needs to have one of those degrees or numerous years’ experience from a farm. This would be a requirement as we would need to get the individual F.A.R.M certified.
