Job Qualifications :
- High school diploma
- Valid Colorado driver license with a clean record.
- CNA certification is preferred (or be willing to obtain).
Job Duties :
- Provide transportation for residents to appointments and outings, which may include providing transportation out of town.
- Other duties as assigned.
