Position Title: Operations Manager

Basic Function:

Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing day to day operations ensuring guest service, company policies, and efficiency are met. The position is responsible for scheduling supervisors, cashiers, maintenance, theater attendants, and other positions that may be created. The position requires strict adherence to company policies that include, but is not restricted to, safety, operations, maintenance, and guest service.

Principle Responsibilities:

• Ensure that each Guest receives outstanding Guest Service by providing a Guest friendly environment which includes greeting and acknowledging every Guest, maintaining outstanding standards, exhibit knowledge and all other components of Guest Service.
• Ability to organize, discipline, and schedule staff to promote an efficient and positive workplace.
• Must be willing to perform and oversee custodial duties within building and on property.
• Must be able to troubleshoot and communicate with service techs and other vendors to repair and resolve exhibit, building, or IT issue.
• Communicate and maintain safety standards with entire staff. Attend company safety and operational conference calls.
• Maintain all show standards, display presentation, maintenance, safety, signing standards and cleanliness.
• Maintain adherence to all Company policies and procedures.
• Assist in the management of tasks including cash management (safe, cash outs deposits etc).
• Any other duties as assigned by Management.
• Must be able to work flexible schedule including weekends, holidays, special events, and night- time closing.
