The Sales Trainee Program is a 6-month program designed to accelerate a career in sales by rotating through several elements of training that provide guided development, and on-the-job learning. This program offers opportunities for you to gain exposure in different areas of the business, shadow key partners, and receive formalized mentorship.

The Sales Trainee Program starts at different times throughout the year, and you will begin alongside a cohort with each start date. The two upcoming start dates are August 19, 2024 & December 9, 2024 (location dependent).
Upon graduating from the program, there are several elevated sales destination roles this program leads into, such as a Showroom Consultant, Sales Project Manager, and Customer Account Rep. Placement into destination roles is based on individual preferences and business need.
