Rise And Shine Lawn Design LLC in Pensacola, FL is looking for Lawn Care Technicians to join our team. Ideal candidate is self-driven, punctual, and hard-working.
Responsibilities
- Excellent Customer Service
- Maintaining and improving customers lawns with the utmost care and diligence
- Weeding and raking properties as necessary, planting flowers, vegetation, and small trees/ shrubs, digging up any specified plants, etc.
- Operation of Mower, blower, edger, weed-eater, and any other yard equipment necessary
- Adhering to all safety guidelines, best management practices, and taking care of equipment to ensure longevity of tool life expectancy
- Taking special care of plants and grasses on properties as necessary

Physical Requirements
- Must be able to lift at least 30-50 lb. bags
- Able to push/pull wheelbarrow
- Able to bend, squat, pull weeds, and do physical labor for several hours with short breaks as needed
Note: At the beginning, if you do not have prior experience or have to build up some strength and endurance as we go, I understand. It is a physically demanding job, and I do my best to put safety first. Overall health is more important to me than getting the job done. The most important part is that you are willing to try and are at least able to do the above basic tasks.
Work Hours
Normally Monday thru Friday between 9am - 5pm, may stay later if finishing a project and under a deadline.
Schedule flexible with school/classes/second job as long as notified within a reasonable time frame
This is a part-time position with possibility of becoming full-time position if desired as season picks up, but if you want to stay part-time, that works too.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 per week

- Landscape Maintenance: 1 year (Preferred)
License/Certification:
- Driver's License (Required)

- Pensacola, FL: Relocate before starting work (Required)
