We are currently seeking a project manager with construction administration experience to join our team, providing an exciting opportunity to lead projects and contribute to our firm’s continued success. The successful candidate will be expected to oversee project execution, manage construction administration tasks, coordinate with consultants and contractors, and ensure that complex projects are completed on time and within budget.
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage large-scale PUD and architectural projects.
Manage project progress and performance, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
Conduct regular site visits to ensure the project progresses according to the plans
Manage and mitigate project risks, resolving issues and conflicts as they arise.
Communicate project status updates to stakeholders and senior management.
Mentor and coach project team, fostering a productive work environment.
Ensure compliance with all relevant codes, and regulations, throughout the project
Coordinate and collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and contractors.
Oversee project documentation, including contracts, drawings, specifications, and regulatory approvals.
Qualifications:
Education - Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
Proven experience 5 years min. in project/ construction management within the architecture, engineering, or construction industry, with a focus on large-scale developments.
2 years minimum of proven Construction Management is a must
Strong knowledge of architectural detailing, construction methods, and building codes.
Proficiency in software and tools (e.g., Revit, Adobe suite, Excel).
Detail-oriented with a strong aptitude for problem-solving and critical thinking.
A positive attitude is a must.
