Maintain Tradeshow booth inventories, prep booths for shows and load trucks.

The RISE Warehouse Coordinator is the steward of post production success. This person has the responsibility of ensuring projects are delivered in full, and are fully chronicled. With a strong sense of ownership they will ensure the fidelity of our client and rental inventories, as well as execute smart packing solutions.

Responsibilities include:

• Maintaining warehouse inventory and records
• Prepare outbound crate listing and shipping inventory. (Must have neat penmanship) and inspecting booth properties prior to shipping
• Packing trade show properties in a safe and secure manner in crates and skids
• Be able to load out/in trucks (fork lift capable) and filling out necessary paperwork for tracking
• Pre-staging trade show booths in warehouse and mastering the details of booth properties and inventory
• Ensure that all safety and storage regulations for housing of tradeshow booth assets (including all inventory of goods and supplies) are met
• Assist in creating inventory reports for evaluation of booth assets (under the direction of a supervisor).
• Must be able to interface and work with labor teams for onsite installation/dismantle of tradeshow booths
• Receive and inspect exhibit assets for accuracy and damage
• Must be well organized and have a positive, professional attitude
• Keep warehouse clean and free of debris and adhering to the guidance and procedures.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour
