RISE offers a Part-Time Maintenance Assistant:

- Perform lawn care and minor landscaping
- Assist with snow removal, salting and sanding
- Perform basic maintenance on household structures and components
- Assemble materials and tools for projects
- Monitor physical property safety and report discrepancies immediately to the Property Manager
- Help with additional related tasks such as interior painting and moving equipment
- 1 years of related on the job experience responding to general maintenance tasks
- Ability to lift 50lbs and work with long periods of standing
- Strong interpersonal boundaries
