Privately owned forever! Rise Pet Health was born from the desire to create a specialty veterinary practice that truly puts pets, pet parents, and our team members at the heart of everything we do. Our newly built, 20,000 square foot specialty clinic is located in Orange County, California. In building Rise, we reimagined everything about specialty care – from the way our clinic looks to how we work together to save pet lives. And now, we are looking for extraordinary veterinary professionals to join us!

We are seeking a Guest Relations Manager that would manage our Veterinary Receptionists and Concierge staff. Some of the tasks include hiring, termination, schedule publishing, workflow management, staff training, office supply ordering, and much more. The ideal applicant will have experience building, developing, motivating and managing a strong, friendly, productive and efficient team.

While our model is new, it is simple – build a beautiful positive-feeling clinic, enhance it with amenities that support our team, enable it with the very best equipment and technology, hire extraordinary people, and work together in a positive and supportive environment to achieve exceptional results. It’s not a new way of caring for pets, but it is the right way.

When not working hard to save pet lives, you can enjoy spending time relaxing and focusing on your own health and well-being with our amazing in-clinic amenities. Rise was thoughtfully designed with unique spaces to promote rejuvenation and mental wellness among our team members. Our Cantina is always stocked with drinks and snacks. You can refresh by watching movies, playing video games and board games or listening to music in the Rec Room. Perhaps you are the type that seeks some quiet time during the day - our Spa outfitted with rest and reading pods, yoga and meditation areas, and massage chair is the place to clear your mind and refresh your spirit.

Pay: $28.00 - $34.00 / hour

Rise Pet Health offers a premium compensation package and distinctive benefits that exceed industry standards. We also offer an option for a 4-day work week for a better work-life balance.

Job requirements:

· Prior experience as a Veterinary Receptionist / Guest Relations required

· Prior management experience of at least 5 employees
