Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Assistant role at RISE Residential. The Assistant will be responsible for supporting various administrative tasks, such as coordinating schedules, managing communications, organizing files and documents, and providing general support to the team. The Assistant will also assist with property inspections, construxtion schedules, and other operational tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Procore

• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Experience in the construction industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field experience is preferred
