Excellent role on offer for an ambitious Project Manager who is looking to join a dynamic, expanding Contractor where you will work on state of the art Multifamily projects with value up to $25m, with a company that will support you to progress to become a Project Executive or move into further senior level positions in the business.

Established for over 50 years, this contractor are a highly prestigious construction firm who specialize working on state of the art residential projects. Their employees have always been at the forefront of the business and have gotten an outstanding reputation for developing, retaining and progressing from within. Due to huge growth they are now looking to recruit a Project Manager to develop and work within their well-established Project Management team.
This is the perfect time to join this well-established family business, as a result of expansion they are looking for a Project Manager to work on their most exclusive projects across Indiana and help them achieve their goal of expansion.
This position will be office based. You will be tasked with conducting site visits, meeting with clients, reviewing plans and designs and communicating with the Superintendent team. You will be given a structured progression plan from the day you join to progress into Project Executive.
