This company boasts a significant number of long-standing team members because of their genuine value placed on employees.

In this role, you will be based in the Sunrise office, where you will have the opportunity to join a great company culture during growth phase as they look to expand further whilst keeping their family feel.

You will be a vital member of the contract team. Your responsibilities will include evaluating bids receiving and negotiating contract terms, creating job cost estimates for different trades, and maintaining subcontractor relations by ensuring performance is in line with the contract.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a contract manager to take on the next step of their career by working for one of the largest homebuilders in the US. This opportunity has great growth potential in the future, as well as offering hybrid working and additional benefits on top of your base salary.

The role:

  • Evaluating bids received and negotiating contract terms.
  • Maintaining subcontractor relations.
  • Creating job cost estimates.
  • Hybrid working – 2 days working from home per week.

The Person:

  • Previous experience in the residential industry.
  • Previous experience in contracts.
  • Valid Driving License.
  • US Work Authorization.
