Are you a Controls Technician/Engineer from a Facilities background, looking to take the lead of a small team of technicians on complex, technical projects, where you will become the go-to technician working with high value, blue-chip customers?

This is a great opportunity to join this organization as they enter a time of rapid, ambitious expansion. This company will offer you all the tools & industry leading training that will allow you to become a technical expert in the industry where you can progress into an experienced Engineer.

In this role you will work with high-profile, household-name customers, offering innovative solutions to technical and challenging problems surrounding the programming & troubleshooting of complex Facility systems. You will become a technical expert in your industry and lead a small team of highly motivated technicians traveling to local customer sites across central Tennessee.

On offer is an excellent opportunity to join this rapidly expanding business where you be responsible for the growth of a small, tight-knit team, supporting junior technicians on complex tasks in the field.

This role would suit a Controls Technician/Engineer with experience in Facility Systems. Anyone with experience with Distech, Johnson, Trane or Niagara systems would be well suited for this position!

The Role:

  • Lead a small group of technicians solving complex problems for high profile customers
  • Develop into an industry expert & become a fully qualified engineer
  • Offer solutions both in person at local customer sites, and remotely from your office

The Person

  • Experienced with Control System Troubleshooting or Programming (Distech, Johnson, Trane, Niagara)
  • Experienced in field travel (you will cover a local patch)
  • Looking to become a pioneer in this rapidly expanding business
